In an effort to plan out exploratory meals without wasting ingredients that go bad while they wait for you to find the time, I'm making a list of recipes I'd like to try this cold season.
I'll go through the list and if there's any that are liked enough to go into the big list to keep, they'll get added.
Soups:
- Sausage, Spinach, and Potato Soup
- Cabbage and Turkey Ball Soup (nappa cabbage, add miso and rice noodles)
Butternut Squash (and 1 potato):
- Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto
- Warm Sweet Potato & Quinoa Salad (with vinegrette)
