Garlic Cilantro Sauce

 INGREDIENTS:

Bowl full of a creamy light-green sauce

  • 2-3 cloves raw garlic (BE CAREFUL! I know you love garlic but raw garlic WILL overpower all the other flavors and literally burn your tastebuds)
  • 1 bunch washed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs light mayo
  • 1 Tbs lime juice
  • pinch of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Use as a topping on any Mexican-flavored meals, eggs for breakfast, or chicken.
  3. For smoother pouring, mix in a small amount of water until desired consistency is met.
