INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 cloves raw garlic (BE CAREFUL! I know you love garlic but raw garlic WILL overpower all the other flavors and literally burn your tastebuds)
- 1 bunch washed cilantro
- 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs light mayo
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- pinch of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth.
- Use as a topping on any Mexican-flavored meals, eggs for breakfast, or chicken.
- For smoother pouring, mix in a small amount of water until desired consistency is met.
