Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Freezer Burritos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup no fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbs Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs light mayo
  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 24 oz rotisserie chicken breast (shredded)
  • 3 cup fat free mozzarella
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • Fresh Chives
  • low-carb burrito size tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend cottage cheese, mayo, milk, ranch seasoning until combined
  2. Mix shredded chicken with cheese mixture, chopped bacon, mozzarella, and diced chives.
  3. Evenly fill burrito tortillas with filling, wrap tightly, and grill on two sides (optional) before wrapping with tinfoil or plastic wrap.
  4. Freeze
  5. To heat up: unwrap burrito from wrapper, cover lightly in a paper towel, microwave for 1 min 20 seconds. Flip and microwave for another 1 min 20 seconds.
