Tandoori Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (sliced thin cutlets)
  • 2 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1.5 tsp coriander powder
  • 4 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Marinate chicken in spice mix for at least an hour.
  2. Pan sear each cutlet then bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Rest 5 minutes before slicing
