INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (sliced thin cutlets)
- 2 tsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp coriander powder
- 4 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinate chicken in spice mix for at least an hour.
- Pan sear each cutlet then bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing
