Pizza Balls

 Ingredients:

  • 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct)
  • 60 pepperoni slices
  • 1 8oz block of cheese (Colby, Monterey Jack, or Cheddar)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 jar pizza sauce

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Slice cheese into 28 cubes
  • Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni on top and bottom of cheese cube
  • Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of the roll with a pinch
  • Line rolls in greased 9x13 pan (4 x 7)
  • Brush with beaten egg
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
  • Bake for 10 to 13 mins. 
  • Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Substitutions:
  • Feel free to add other filling types like cooked sausage and diced peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of pepperoni.
