Ingredients:
- 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct)
- 60 pepperoni slices
- 1 8oz block of cheese (Colby, Monterey Jack, or Cheddar)
- 1 beaten egg
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Directions:
- Preh
eat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice cheese into 28 cubes
- Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni on top and bottom of cheese cube
- Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of the roll with a pinch
- Line rolls in greased 9x13 pan (4 x 7)
- Brush with beaten egg
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
- Bake for 10 to 13 mins.
- Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
