Ingredients:
- 1 lb pheasant (cubed) -can also substitute rabbit
- salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. instant onions (or dried onions minced)
Directions:
- Season meat with herbs and spices
- Mix:
- sour cream
- soup
- Worcestershire
- onions
- Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours, or in pot for 30 min
