Pheasant Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pheasant (cubed) -can also substitute rabbit
  • salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. instant onions (or dried onions minced)

Directions:

  • Season meat with herbs and spices
  • Mix:
    • sour cream
    • soup
    • Worcestershire
    • onions
  • Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours, or in pot for 30 min
