INGREDIENTS:
Steak & Marinade:
- 2 lb top sirloin beef (cubes 1")
- 2 tsp salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tb minced garlic
Garlic Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 Tb butter
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt & chili flakes
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 Tb minced garlic
- 1 Tb fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup 1% milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinade steak in seasoning mix for at least 20 min.
- Cook steak on medium high heat for 2-3 min until crust develops. Set aside.
- In same pan, add butter and minced garlic for sauce. Sautee for 2 minutes.
- Add paprika, salt, chili flakes, and mustard. Cook until fragrant.
- Blend the cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Add to pan and simmer until thick.
- Pour sauce over steak while serving.
