Garlic Alfredo Steak Bites

INGREDIENTS:

Steak & Marinade:

  • 2 lb top sirloin beef (cubes 1")
  • 2 tsp salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tb minced garlic
Garlic Alfredo Sauce:
  • 1 Tb butter
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt & chili flakes
  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tb minced garlic
  • 1 Tb fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup 1% milk
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Marinade steak in seasoning mix for at least 20 min.
  2. Cook steak on medium high heat for 2-3 min until crust develops. Set aside.
  3. In same pan, add butter and minced garlic for sauce. Sautee for 2 minutes.
  4. Add paprika, salt, chili flakes, and mustard. Cook until fragrant.
  5. Blend the cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Add to pan and simmer until thick.
  6. Pour sauce over steak while serving.
