Baked Egg Cocotte

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 5-6 oz ramekin
  • butter
  • half n half
  • fresh herbs
  • salt & pepper
  • cheese of choice (gouda, herb goat cheese, etc)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Grease each ramekin with butter.
  3. Add 1 egg, fresh herbs, 1 Tbs half n half, and cheese to the ramekin.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh crusty bread
