Ingredients:
- 1 pint washed grape or cherry tomato
- 1/2 container (~3-4 oz) crumbled feta
- 3 cloves garlic smashed
- 2-3 Tbs Italian seasoning
- olive oil, salt, and pepper
Directions:
- Place tomatoes, garlic, and feta (in the center) in a 9x9 baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil to coat lightly and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 30-40 min at 400 F
- Blend well and add to any cooked pasta.
