Baked Feta Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint washed grape or cherry tomato
  • 1/2 container (~3-4 oz) crumbled feta
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2-3 Tbs Italian seasoning
  • olive oil, salt, and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place tomatoes, garlic, and feta (in the center) in a 9x9 baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil to coat lightly and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Bake for 30-40 min at 400 F
  3. Blend well and add to any cooked pasta.
