Creamy Sesame Noodles

 Ingredients:

Wide noodles with chopsticks in a bowl

  • 125g noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • scallion, minced
  • 1 Tb gochugaru
  • 1Tbs soy sauce
  • 1Tbs rice vinegar
  • 2tsp honey
  • 2Tb tahini
  • 2Tb oil
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric (optional)
Directions:
  1. Cook noodles according to package, and reserve 1/4 cup noodle water
  2. Combine ingredients in bowl, add in 3-4 Tbs noodle water to the sauce until a creamy consistency. Pour sauce over pasta, top with scallions.

NOTES:
  • Triple the sauce recipe when using with a whole bag of egg noodle.
