Ingredients:
- 125g noodles
- 4 cloves garlic
- scallion, minced
- 1 Tb gochugaru
- 1Tbs soy sauce
- 1Tbs rice vinegar
- 2tsp honey
- 2Tb tahini
- 2Tb oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric (optional)
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package, and reserve 1/4 cup noodle water
- Combine ingredients in bowl, add in 3-4 Tbs noodle water to the sauce until a creamy consistency. Pour sauce over pasta, top with scallions.
