INGREDIENTS
- 1.50 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 chopped Scallion
- 2 tbs chili powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1, 15 oz can black beans drained
- 12 oz 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Organic Mild Salsa
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- cook meat and spices in pan
- combine all ingredients until well mixed
- add as topping to salad or eat with cooked rice
- Can use guacemole instead of avocado to save time, and can use 3 chopped tomato instead of salsa for lower sodium and sugar
