Turkey Taco Salad Topping

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1.50 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 chopped Scallion
  • 2 tbs chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1, 15 oz can black beans drained
  • 12 oz 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Organic Mild Salsa
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
  • cook meat and spices in pan
  • combine all ingredients until well mixed
  • add as topping to salad or eat with cooked rice
