Margo Sosa Mango Salsa

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Mango
  • 1/4  red onion chopped
  • 1/2  red pepper chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped fine
  • 1/4  cup (or less) lime juice
  • 1/4  cup (or less) orange/pineapple/mango/peach juice
  • 1/2  fresh jalapeno or more, chopped fine or not
  • Handful of Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  • Soak the chopped onion in the lime juice.
  • Peel & chop the mango…a very juicy endeavor!
  • Toss it all together and add salt and pepper.
  • Adjust sweet or sour with more lime or fruit juice.
