Ingredients:
- 1 Large Mango
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped fine
- 1/4 cup (or less) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (or less) orange/pineapple/mango/peach juice
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno or more, chopped fine or not
- Handful of Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Soak the chopped onion in the lime juice.
- Peel & chop the mango…a very juicy endeavor!
- Toss it all together and add salt and pepper.
- Adjust sweet or sour with more lime or fruit juice.
