Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup Craisins or dried cranberries
Directions:
- In medium bowl, cream together:
- sugar
- butter
- eggs (one at a time)
- vanilla
- In a separate bowl, combine:
- flour
- cinnamon
- baking soda
- salt
- Stir dry mix into the butter mix
- Add oats and cranberries
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Preheat over to 375 F
- Grease cookie sheet, add cookies in balls 2" apart
- Bake 8-10 minutes, cool 5 min before serving
