INGREDIENTS
- 2.5lb boneless beef chuck shoulder roast
- 12 banana peppers, seeds removed and sliced (Please wear gloves so your fingers don’t burn afterwards!)
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on “low”
- Remove beef from slow cooker and shred with a fork
